Standard inspections typically exclude areas like beneath drywall, inside chimneys, septic systems, and anything NOT outlined in the inspection agreement. They also don’t cover specialized tests for radon, mold, or pests unless specifically requested.

We use advanced tools like thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, GFCI and AFCI testers to identify visible deficiencies. These tools help us identify problems that may go unnoticed by the untrained observer.

Our report is clear, concise, and easy to understand. It includes a summary of key findings, photos, and recommendations. You’ll also receive a home maintenance PDF filled with repair tips, seasonal checklists, and advice on spotting potential issues early.
