Why North Texas homes need their own calendar

DFW weather is hard on houses. Expansive clay soil swells and shrinks with the seasons, summer heat strains roofs and HVAC systems, and winter brings sudden hard freezes that burst unprotected pipes. Staying ahead of these with seasonal upkeep is the cheapest way to protect your home.
